Ugly Floor Contest Rules:

*One (1) prize will be awarded, a merchandise credit of up to $500.00 to be used toward new flooring at Paramount Rug Company. No cash credits. This credit must be used within ninety (90) days of awarding of prize. Prior sales are excluded. No other discounts or coupons apply.

*Contest is open to homeowners residing in southeastern Massachusetts, Cape Cod, and northern Rhode Island.  Employees of Paramount Rug, their suppliers, subcontractors, and their immediate families are excluded. Void where prohibited by law.

*Entries will be accepted for owner occupied homes only. Picture(s) must be in the entrant’s present home, and must reflect current conditions. Rental properties and commercial properties are excluded. A representative of Paramount Rug will visit and inspect flooring sites considered as finalists.

*Photographs submitted should be color prints at least 4x6 inches. Entrants must include name, address, and phone number(s).

 *Photographs which have been altered or edited electronically or by other means will be disqualified. All entry submissions will become the property of Paramount Rug Company and will not be returned.

*All entries must be received by Paramount Rug by February 28, 2009 to be eligible. Site visits will be held during the first two (2) weeks of March 2009, and the winner will be determined by March 31, 2009. The winners name, city or town of residence, and submission will be posted at Paramount Rug for 30 days after selection, and may be used for promotional purposes.
